INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BandScigars.com Parties against all damages, claims, liability, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement by you or anyone accessing BandScigars.com under your account.

GOVERNING LAW

The Site is operated by Hill Global Solutions, LLC dba Bogeys and Stogies in Texas. Texas state laws govern all terms, conditions, and disclaimers on the Site, including this Agreement, without considering any conflict of law principles.
